25 MAN RAID POINTS SYSTEM

EARNING POINTS:

Raiders will receive points as follows:

2 points for being prepared and on time for the start time and staying for the entire raid
2 points per boss kill in a 25 man raid


Participation points CAN be revoked (at the discretion of the raid leader or officers group) for A) being late to a raid or B) leaving in the middle of a raid. There ARE other ways to earn points as well at the discretion of the Guild Mistress, Officers and Raid Leaders.

SPENDING POINTS/DISTRIBUTING LOOT:

Raiders can use points to bid on drops in 25 man raids. When a boss drops, the Master Looter will link the loot items to the raid. Players will have 30 seconds to examine the loot before bids will be taken. Players interested in placing a bid will whisper the master looter (or the assigned bid master for particular tier tokens) with the amount of points they wish to bid on the item. Highest bid wins the loot. Raiders that do not have at LEAST the minimum points required for a particular drop, may bid the minimum. In the event that they win, their points pool with go to the negative and they will be unable to bid on another loot item until the points are paid back. In the event that there are two members that bid the same amount, the player with the higher number of total points will win the tie breaker. Max bid ties will result in a roll to break the tie. Main specs/primary armor class of a main raiding toon will ALWAYS take priority over off specs (or alt.)s Keep in mind, this is not an auction. You bid ONCE, so please be sure you are bidding wisely. (and NO, we will not tell you what other people have bid so that you can bid more than them, so please don't ask, k?)

The minimum and maximum bids required will be determined and communicated before the raids begin.

In addition, all members that have multiple level 80's that they want to raid will be required to declare a MAIN raiding toon and the others become Alts. Only MAIN toons will be permitted in progression raids and to accumulate DKP points.

THIS SYSTEM IS FOR 25 MAN RAIDS ONLY!! We will continue to use our current system for 10 man raids.
